Easy Living situated in the heart of Placencia Village, with your verandah overhanging the narrowest main street in the world, you will find the living is easy in these Placencia rental apartments.
With its pale cerulean blue and white-trimmed exterior, Easy Living Apartments comprise four fully furnished units. Each has two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room.
Each bedroom has a closet and a private balcony. One bedroom in each unit has a queen sized bed and the other has two twin beds. The kitchen with its marble tiled counter tops has a stove w/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker, refrigerator, blender, plates, cutlery and a breakfast bar that separates the kitchen from the living room.
They feature air conditioning, cable tv, telephone, elegant wicker and cane furniture, carpeting and separate verandahs floored with unpainted heart of pine wood.
Take a walk and experience the quaint village of Placencia. Savour the local restaurants and check out the unpretentious nite life. Take a swim in the clear blue waters or just enjoy the cool Caribbean breeze from your private home away from home...

- If a cancellation is received in writing before 60 days prior to the visitor's arrival there will be a full refund minus $50.00usd  cancelation fee per unit. A refund cannot be given, for any reason whatsoever, if the written cancellation is received within the sixty day period or later.
Unfortunately we can not offer refunds within the cancellation periods as a result of airline delays, strikes, political unrest, world events, weather conditions, travel advisories or acts of God including hurricanes or personal emergencies. We strongly recommend travel insurance in order to safeguard against such potential circumstances.
